Identify and pursue potential investors while gaining support and buy-in for investment opportunities for national Production Shows. We serve as an instrumental decision maker to acquire the right venue for each production show.

We are a proven entertainment management company and we provide creative direction and are responsible for the concept and creation of production shows. We are accountable for the installation and maintenance of show integrity, casting, technical, production and commercial visibility. We act as an entertainment consultant and work as a direct hire to cast all talent for production shows.

We manage and implement the entire sales structure for the show or production to include: ticket broker networks, group sales, timeshare gifting and partnerships with tours and related attractions to generate additional revenue streams.

Develop and manage marketing, public relations and corporate communications. We are responsible for clear objectives and procedural operations with detailed analysis across all geographic markets.

We personally prepare and review all legal contracts for the cast, venues, performers, management companies and ticket brokers. We negotiate and execute all contracts with national talent agencies, casinos and venues. Coordinate music and performance licensing rights, design, marketing, production, vendors, staff and employees and overall show management.

Network within the entertainment community to promote production shows to include partnering with television, media, promotional and radio outlets for appearances. Recruit and find talent for hotels, casinos, cruise ships and various venues throughout the country.

Manage all aspects of licensing, payroll, box office, ticket reports, distribution, insurance, workman’s comp and broker relationships along with gaming and union regulations.

Build partnerships with the community to bring culture and entertainment with the city. Work directly with hotel, venue and casino showroom operations to provide a successful show.

Structure and re-structure show formats, content, transitions, staging, scripts, musical segues, intro’s and outros.

Oversight of all choreography, set and lighting design, staging, show creation, musical numbers, wardrobe and flow of the production show.
